Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for outpatient settings at West side polyclinics. You will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and collaborate with doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff to deliver coordinated care.

The role includes supporting day-to-day operations and participating in training under senior colleagues, with a strong emphasis on patient communication and holistic care.

Qualifications

• Clinical Pharmacist with outpatient setting experience.
• Strong communication skills and passion to interact with patients.
• Pharmacy-related education qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care.
• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed.
• Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients.
• Support training initiatives under the guidance of senior colleagues.
