ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide inpatient pharmaceutical care in a leading public healthcare institution. You will dispense medications accurately, work with a multidisciplinary team, and support daily operations to ensure seamless patient care.

Ideal candidates have inpatient Clinical Pharmacist experience, strong communication skills, and a pharmacy degree, with a passion for patient interaction and education within a hospital setting.

• Experience as Clinical Pharmacist in inpatient settings.
• Pharmacy-related education qualification.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and pharmacists for coordinated care.
• Assist in day-to-day pharmacy operations such as medication packing when needed.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Support training initiatives under senior supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care
• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed
• Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients
• Support training initiatives under the guidance of senior colleagues

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as Clinical Pharmacist with inpatient setting experience
• Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients
• Pharmacy-related education qualification
