Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide home and clinic-based care in Singapore. You will support physicians, manage IV cannulation, phlebotomy, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, while documenting accurately and coordinating patient plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Valid BCLS + AED certification.
• IV cannulation and phlebotomy competency is an advantage.
• Experience in A&E or community/agency nursing preferred.
• Willingness to travel for patient assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional nursing care in home and clinic environments.
• Prepare equipment and support physicians during consultations and procedures.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and document vital signs accurately.
• Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans and progress.
• Establish strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support operational and clinical duties as required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional nursing care to patients in home and clinic environments with a strong sense of compassion and empathy
• Prepare medical equipment and support physicians during consultations and procedures, including:
• Urinary catheterisation
• Nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and feeding
• Wound care and dressing
• Suctioning and oxygen therapy
• Phlebotomy and IV cannulation
• Medication administration
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and accurate documentation
• Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans and treatment progress
• Attend to patients’ holistic needs with a patient-first approach
• Establish strong working relationships with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Support operational and clinical duties as required

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Minimum 1 years of relevant nursing experience
• Valid BCLS + AED certification
• Competency in IV cannulation and phlebotomy is an advantage
• Experience in A&E or community/agency nursing preferred
• Strong willingness to learn, adaptable, and demonstrates perseverance in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable working in both home care and clinic settings
• Willingness to travel for patient assignments
