1. Providing front-line service to patients and visitors pro-actively.
2. Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries.
3. Perform billing and cashier.
4. Chaperone doctors and assist them in the room when doctors are performing physical examination on the patients.
5. Check clinic stock inventory.
6. Assisting doctors in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
7. Assisting Doctors in the collection of samples and maintaining records of patients' medical histories and symptoms
8. Educating patients on how to properly manage their condition at home
9. Monitoring vital signs and administering medication
10. Assisting doctors with minor procedures
11. Preparing patients for surgery and admission

Requirements

• - Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• - Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• - Valid practising certificate
• - Prior experience in specialist clinic or outpatient setting preferred
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills
• - Able to work independently and as part of a team
• - Proficient in basic computer and clinic management systems
• - Experience in specialist outpatient clinic setting
• - Familiarity with Medisave/insurance claims processes
• - Experience assisting in minor procedures
