Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and hearing aid evaluations.
• Recommend suitable hearing solutions and guide clients through selection.
• Perform accurate hearing aid fittings, adjustments and counselling.
• Provide after-sales support including fine-tuning and maintenance.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver personalised service.
• Support screening events, outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure smooth store operations and contribute to revenue and service quality targets.
