Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Clinical Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time / Part-Time) to join our neighbourhood GP clinics. No prior healthcare experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

The role involves greeting patients, registration, appointment scheduling, and handling enquiries with a patient-centric focus. We welcome fresh graduates or those returning to work.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR mandatory.
• Reside near Telok Blangah, Bukit Merah, Queenstown, or Clementi for convenient commuting.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with elderly patients.
• Willing to commit to a 45-hour work week, including night shifts.
• Patient, meticulous, reliable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, register at the counter, schedule appointments, and handle enquiries with a patient-centric approach.
• Prepare examination rooms, support basic clinical procedures, and assist with medication dispensing after training.
• Manage clinic billing, digital systems, and basic administrative tasks (including basic Excel usage).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised clinic environment.
