Job summary

PMG HV PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support patient care, vendor liaison, and daily clinic administration. The role includes reception, data handling, billing, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate should have at least O Levels and healthcare exposure, with strong communication and organizational skills. Weekend work is required for coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels or equivalent is required.
• Relevant clinic/healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities are key.
• Proficient in billing and supplier negotiations; computer literate.
• Able to work weekends; reliable and proactive in patient liaison.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain patient data records and assist with basic clinical procedures.
• Assist in patient health insurance claims and online billing.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and vendor liaison.
• Arrange admissions, lab and imaging services when required.
• Manage clinic inventory and assist with stock orders.
