Job summary

PMG Corporation is seeking a Part-time Clinic Assistant to provide proactive patient care support and vendor liaison within our clinic in Singapore. You will assist with daily administrative operations and basic clinical checks.

The role requires weekend availability, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and computer literacy. Working hours include weekdays and Saturday shifts with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Experience in clinic/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and computer literacy.
• Able to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take patients’ height and weight.
• Take blood pressure.
• Perform ECGs.
• Conduct eye tests.
• Check and record patient parameters.
• Basic patient registration.
• Packing and fetching medication.
• Scanning documents.
• Tidying the clinic and replenishing stock in the doctor's room.
• Other general clinic support duties as required
