  • Track performance and business trends closely. Review data regularly, diagnose why you are ahead or behind, and act early.
  • Support ACM in collaboration with the HQ multi-functional team (MFT), providing regular, insightful updates, data-driven recommendations, and proactively identifying opportunities and challenges.

  • Establish a positive culture of accountability, high performance, excellent execution and patient-centric mentality, as well as open communication and mutual respect.
  • Be present at each clinic regularly to lead from the front.
  • Involvement in hiring, plan for staff onboarding and training; run regular performance reviews and feedback.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex patient feedback and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism; Engage internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Success team) to provide patients with feasible win-win resolutions.
  • For new clinic openings and renovation projects (if any), partner MFT to plan and execute for timely completion. Responsible for optimization of new/renovated clinics’ performance post-launch.
