Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues, and update personal particulars in the clinic system.
• Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions, and manage consent forms.
• Cashiering: Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.
• Collect basic measurements like weight, height, BMI, and vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
• Manage clinic inventory, stationery supplies, and assist at community outreach events.
