Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, or customer service.
• Phlebotomy training or experience needed.
• Certification or proven practice in phlebotomy is preferred.
• Able to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
• Computer skills for administrative tasks are required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Perform basic health screenings to assist in patient assessments.
• Assist doctors during patient examinations and consultations to facilitate effective care.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, communicating professionally with patients and colleagues.
• Prepare and process medical reports and related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality following PDPA guidelines.
• Perform general clinic housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Carry out other administrative and clinic duties as required to support daily operations.
