Job summary

You will assist doctors during examinations and procedures, dispense medications per doctor instructions, and handle confidential records while supporting daily clinic operations on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced healthcare environment.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and general enquiries.
• Attend to walk-in patients and enquiries.
• Handle patient registration and coordinate of patient flow.
• Assist doctors during examinations and minor medical procedures.
• Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' instructions and clinic protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation of patient records in compliance with confidentiality and PDPA requirements.
• Support general clinic operations and administrative duties as assigned.
• Working on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekend and public holidays as required.
