Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Clinic Front Desk Associate to join our healthcare team in Singapore. The role involves greeting patients, registering them, handling appointment bookings, and managing calls across four clinics.

You will provide pre-operation advice, coordinate with doctors and staff, assist with chaperone during procedures, train new staff, and perform daily counter closing while flagging any discrepancies. Rotate among Farrer Park, Mt E, Mt E Novena, Gleneagles clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk duties at clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and handle appointment bookings and calls across clinics.
• Provide pre-operation advice to patients.
• Coordinate with doctors/staff to complete required information.
• Assist doctors with chaperone and other procedures as needed.
• Support training of new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and report discrepancies.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
