Job summary

KEYSTONE CLINIC & SURGERY PTE. LTD. is seeking Singaporean Clinic Assistants for the Ghim Moh branch to work day/evening shifts.

You will perform counter duties like patient registration, dispensing medications, and handling payments, along with referrals and lab/imaging coordination. Responsibilities include follow-up treatments, handling calls, assisting doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures, and administrative tasks such as claims submission and stock management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in registration, dispensing meds and handling payments.
• Ability to process referrals and coordinate labs/imaging.
• Experience with stock management and document scanning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments
• Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals
• Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors
• Follow-up treatment/blood tests and vaccination
• Handling of incoming calls and enquiries
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures
• Submission of subsidised claims
• Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes
• Stock take and ordering of medications and consumables
• Scanning of documents
• Regular maintenance (fridge, autoclave, stock)
