Job summary

ASTER GYNAECOLOGY PTE. LTD. at Mount Elizabeth Novena is seeking a dedicated clinic assistant for a full-time position, supporting both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include handling patient enquiries, scheduling, registration, referrals, billing, inventory, and assisting during examinations. Candidates with GCE O-level and prior clinic experience are preferred; 5.5-day week applies.

Qualifications

• GCE O-level or equivalent qualification.
• Clinic assistant experience preferred.
• Plato experience prioritized.

• Handle patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, patient registration, referrals/investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims.
• Assist in managing clinic operations including maintaining medication inventory and proper clinic records.
• Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required.

Job Scope

• Perform clinical and administrative duties including handling patient enquiries, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, booking of referrals/ investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations including maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records
• Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required

Requirements

• At least GCE ‘O’-level or equivalent
• Candidates with previous clinic assistant experience and Plato experience will be prioritized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, patient oriented
• Good attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good team-player and ability to work independently
• 5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri AM/PM and Saturday AM)
