Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify personal details.
• Take vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, height and weight.
• Chaperone doctor during examinations as required.
• Dispense medications to patients and manage stock of medicines and tubes.
• Assist in dressing wounds and basic patient care.
• Conduct vision tests and urine tests as instructed.
• Scan specialist reports into computer systems.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Top up medicines and tubes daily to maintain stock levels.
• Manage appointment bookings and patient flow within the clinic.
• Handle housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Perform any other duties as required by clinic operations.
