Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU) invites applications for an 8-month contract position within the Sustainable Societies Cluster, part of the Climate Transformation Programme. Based at the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore, Gillman Barracks, the role coordinates administration, reporting, and stakeholder communications for the Arts Sub-Group.

The successful candidate will support field trips, grant-related tasks, and coordination across NTU and EOS departments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science, arts or humanities discipline.
• Experience in academic, research or educational institutions.
• Strong organisation/administration and project/time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe CS and social media tools.
• Grant-writing skills or experience with grant applications.
• Experience with A/V equipment for video/audio recording.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key administrative contact for project stakeholders and collaborators.
• Provide general administrative support and logistics for the research project.
• Prepare materials for reporting obligations and ensure timely submissions.
• Assist in planning field trips including visa, travel and accommodation.
• Support data management and coordinate meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with NTU departments (Finance, EOS, etc.) on project needs.
• Assist PI and Co-Investigators with grant administration matters.
