Job summary

WWF-Singapore is seeking a dynamic Executive/Senior Executive, Climate Communications to support communications and engagement activities for climate and carbon finance programmes. You will translate complex technical topics into engaging content and help raise awareness across Southeast Asia.

In this role, you will develop articles, social posts, newsletters and presentations, work with programme teams, and coordinate with external partners and coalitions to showcase WWF's climate initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Environmental Studies or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in communications, content development, digital marketing or PR.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify technical topics.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms, social media & stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with climate change, sustainability, agriculture or environmental issues preferred.
• Basic graphic design or multimedia content creation skills is a plus.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging communications materials (articles, social media, newsletters, presentations, infographics).
• Translate technical topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Support planning and execution of communications campaigns to raise visibility of climate initiatives.
• Coordinate content publication across WWF platforms and partner channels.
• Draft press releases, media briefs and publicity materials; track outreach performance.
• Prepare updates on engagement outcomes and share learnings with teams.
• Develop partner-facing materials and coordinate with coalitions on joint communications.
• Assist in coordinating events, workshops and regional convenings.
• Maintain communications calendars and content libraries.
