Job summary

WWF-Singapore is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships for its Climate Finance programmes, focusing on the Climate Resilient Rice/Food Coalition in Southeast Asia. You will identify, onboard and steward partners across private sector, financial institutions, government and philanthropy, mobilising finance and action for climate-resilient and low-carbon food systems.

Key responsibilities include onboarding partners, managing a portfolio as the main WWF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, International Relations, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, sustainability, programme development or stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate, financial, government or institutional partners.
• Strong communication, relationship-management and project-management skills.
• Experience in sustainable agriculture, food systems, climate finance or carbon markets would be advantageous.
• Experience working in Southeast Asia would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective partners for the Climate Resilient Rice/Food Coalition.
• Develop partnership propositions, proposals and engagement materials.
• Lead onboarding and formalisation of partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for partner contributions (finance, expertise, access).
• Manage portfolio of partners as primary WWF contact.
• Maintain regular engagement and deepen collaboration.
• Coordinate with WWF teams to deliver partnership commitments.
• Prepare partnership updates and briefings.
• Support coalition growth as a regional multi-stakeholder platform.
• Engage coalition members and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
• Coordinate meetings, roundtables and events.
• Identify joint initiatives to mobilise finance and scale climate-resilient agriculture.
• Support development of sustainable food and carbon finance programmes.
• Represent WWF-Singapore at external engagements.
