Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Client & Workforce Operations Executive to support outsourced and managed services projects across employee coordination, manpower deployment, client requirements and day-to-day operations.

You don’t need many years of specialised experience—1 to 2 years of working experience with good communication, responsibility and confidence working with people will be valued as you learn how workforce operations come together behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, coordination, administration, HR or another people-facing environment would be useful.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for day-to-day tracking, reporting and administration.
• Organised, responsible and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Adaptable, hands-on and willing to learn.

Looking to build your career in a role where you’ll work with people, solve real operational problems and learn how workforce operations come together behind the scenes?

As a Client & Workforce Operations Executive, you’ll support our outsourced and managed services projects across employee coordination, manpower deployment, client requirements and day-to-day operations, gaining exposure to both the people and operational sides of the business.

You don’t need years of specialised experience. If you’ve had 1 to 2 years of working experience, including part-time experience while studying, and have developed good communication skills, responsibility and confidence working with people, we’d be keen to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate manpower deployment, schedules and replacement arrangements.
• Support employees from onboarding through to contract renewal and offboarding.
• Attend to employee enquiries and day-to-day operational matters.
• Source and coordinate candidates for manpower requirements.
• Respond to absenteeism, manpower gaps and operational issues, following through until they are resolved.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, operations, coordination, administration, HR or another people-facing environment would be useful, but we’re open to different backgrounds.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for day-to-day tracking, reporting and administration.
• Organised, responsible and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Adaptable, hands-on and willing to learn.

The Reality of Operations

Our projects are different, and so are their operational requirements. Some operate largely during standard office hours, while others may require support before or after office hours or on weekends.

When operations are running smoothly, work can generally be completed within the usual working hours. When something unexpected happens, however, you’ll be expected to take ownership and help see the issue through.

This could mean responding to a last‑minute absence, finding replacement manpower, following up on an issue after hours or, where necessary, providing onsite support to keep operations going.
