Job summary

INFRASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Migration Business Analyst – T24 Specialist in Singapore. Hybrid work arrangement.

The role focuses on core banking transformation, migrating client, account and transactional data into Temenos T24, with emphasis on data validation and regulatory compliance. You will lead workshops, define data sources and transformation rules, and own the testing process from development through production.

Qualifications

Role: Migration Business Analyst – T24 Specialist

Location: Singapore

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in banking IT projects, private banking or wealth management preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• The Migration Business Analyst (BA) will be handling core banking transformation initiatives, mainly on the migration of client, account, and transactional data into T24. Combination of business insight, technical proficiency and regulatory adherence are preferred.
• Lead and facilitate migration workshops with teams to define data sources, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Document and review decisions, open points, exceptions
• Data mapping specifications between legacy systems and T24 entities (e.g., Customer, Account, SAM, Contract, Position, Ledger, Fees & Charges, etc.).
• Own the testing process to validate deliverables against agreed specifications.
• Execute and supervise test scenarios, including data extraction, transformation logic, file formatting (FBF), and load validations in T24 environments (DEV → UAT → PROD).
• Perform reconciliations and gap analyses to verify completeness, correctness, and consistency of migrated data.
• Report, track, and revalidate defects in close collaboration with developers and testers.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive artefacts: workshop summaries, mapping documents, test scripts, evidence packs, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Banking Act (BA) principles, data protection laws, and regulatory reporting obligations (FATCA, MIFID, CRS, AML/KYC).
• Good knowledge of Temenos Transact T24, including navigation (FI, DD), versioning (TVMM), workflows, products
• Hands-on experience with data migration testing, validation techniques, and defect management.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail and data quality.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and conflict resolution.
• End-to-end ownership of migration analysis, workshop facilitation, and output documentation.
• Full responsibility for validating deliverables from the migration development team through structured testing and reconciliation.
• Delivery of migration assets fit for audit, governance review, and operational handover.

Technical Skills

• T24 certification -Temenos TLC and TCCP certification on Private Banking modules such as Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Fiduciary, Forex, Financial reporting.
• Triple A plus product.
• jBASE, TAFC, SQL, or scripting languages for data validation purposes.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for tracking tasks and documentation.
• Proven participation in at least one T24 implementations or migration programmes in a functional or business analyst role and hands on experience in data Migration testing, validation techniques and defect Management.
