Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage and resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present performance reports and shipping data to clients.
• Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the identification and development of new business opportunities.
• Propose enhancements or new solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Manager on strategic initiatives.
