Job summary

PESTBUSTERS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Client Success/Operations professional to plan and deploy daily manpower, coordinate schedules, and ensure service excellence while upholding ISO 9001 standards.

You will act as the primary contact for clients within your zone, handle complaints, manage billing tasks, and collaborate with Area Managers to hit KPIs, with opportunities to contribute to quality management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pest control or related service industries.
• Diploma or tertiary qualification preferred.
• Familiarity with Autocad and ERP systems is an advantage.
• License: NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO) is a bonus.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy daily manpower resources according to weekly schedules.
• Coordinate contractual and ad hoc job schedules for Client Success.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and ISO 9001 QMS standards.
• Handle customer complaints via phone and email; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as Quality Management Representative to maintain ISO compliance.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for clients in the assigned zone.
• Respond to enquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Execute billing-related activities.
• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet KPIs.
• Handle administrative tasks with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
