Job summary

Astar Laboratory Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service/Project Coordinator to respond to client inquiries, coordinate sample registrations in LIMS, and manage domestic and international logistics for samples and shipments. You will ensure timely updates and accurate records across LIMS and CRM while delivering excellent service.

You will onboard new clients, guide on submission processes, and liaise with internal teams for re-testing, investigations, and changes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, project coordination, or laboratory operations. Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding pricing, testing capabilities, sample status, quotations, and submission requirements.
• Manage projects by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring proactive communication and timely project updates.
• Coordinate the registration of client samples through LIMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international logistics for sample collection, shipment, and delivery to global laboratory partners with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in LIMS, CRM, and other systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs while following company policies and service standards.
• Support new client onboarding by gathering project requirements and guiding on sample submission processes.
• Coordinate client requests for re-testing, analyses, OOS investigations, and method changes with internal teams.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve customer concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Organize conference calls and meetings between clients and internal teams for alignment.
• Monitor KPIs like TAT, service levels, customer satisfaction, and intercompany sales.
