Job summary

Sgcarmart is seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to support automotive service providers and car rental partners after the sales process. The role centers on onboarding, advertising fulfilment and day-to-day servicing to ensure a smooth experience from signup through to campaign activation and ongoing servicing.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather assets, coordinate campaign setup and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing or customer service roles with a focus on onboarding and support.
• Exposure to advertising, digital media, e-commerce, or automotive-related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented with good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns concurrently.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems and reports.
• Proactive in following up and resolving client issues.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding after the sales package is confirmed.
• Explain advertising packages, campaign requirements and platform features.
• Assist clients in submitting information, artwork and assets.
• Ensure activation steps for advertising packages are understood by clients.
• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day client servicing and queries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Product, Operations and Marketing to fulfill requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding information, assets or approvals.
• Monitor campaign status and flag delays or issues.
• Respond to client inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Provide first-level support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
