Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in finance, accounting, or business.
• Experience in a client-focused environment; servicing large insurance institutions helpful.
• Industry knowledge in financial markets, asset management or securities services.
• Knowledge of investments and derivatives; asset management operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bloomberg knowledge useful.

Responsibilities

• Understand and propose solutions to client requests, coordinating with internal/ external experts.
• Primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Assist with onboarding and managing client relationships for large institutions.
• Prepare materials and conduct regular client reviews with timely updates.
• Create and send client reports per requirements and deadlines.
• Handle other client solutions duties and ad-hoc projects.
