Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level or Nitec level
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Proactive problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for delivery
• Input and manage sales orders in ERP
• Track order status and inform customers of updates
• Ensure pricing, discounts, and terms accuracy
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on quotations and close sales with Sales team
• Handle feedback, returns or complaints and escalate when necessary
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support the sales team in achieving targets
• Any other ad hoc duties
