Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a partnerships and enablement professional to move issuer opportunities forward. You will create pitch materials, support issuer workshops and drive launch readiness across markets.

You will track milestones, dependencies and risks while coordinating benefits with issuers, product teams and marketing. You will ensure timely approvals and maintain a clear log of decisions and deadlines to keep launches on track.

Responsibilities

• Create issuer pitch materials, value propositions and sales tools
• Support issuer workshops and follow through on actions to launch
• Track opportunities, milestones, dependencies and risks
• Coordinate benefit rollout across issuers and markets
• Work with Product teams so benefits work smoothly for customers
• Map out fulfilment journeys and launch-readiness tasks
• Track progress and resolve issues across teams
• Run approvals across legal, marketing, product, operations and commercial teams
• Keep a clear log of decisions, actions and deadlines
• Escalate blockers early to keep launches on track
• Work with Marketing and the Client on issuer packs, collateral and campaign assets
• Coordinate reviews and sign-offs of marketing materials
• Support launch planning, governance and executive updates
• Build repeatable templates and playbooks so rollouts scale across markets
