Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a People Manager to supervise Client Advisor Assistants (CAA) and optimize resource utilization across the team. You will coordinate recruitment and ensure timely back-ups in consultation with Team Leaders.

The role requires mentorship of new CAAs, participation in adhoc projects (UAT, process improvements), and development of contingencies to maintain service levels during disruptions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-advisor teams or similar roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and back-up planning.

Responsibilities
