Job summary

RSM Stone Forest is seeking a staff member in Singapore to provide assistance and information to clients on IT operations. The role backs managers in client management, including warranty and contract renewals, budgeting, and scope for annual services such as phishing protection.

The successful candidate will help uphold high standards of service delivery, address client feedback, and contribute to the team’s overall performance within a dynamic, open culture.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience
