Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Assist/Asst. Client Services Supervisor to manage day-to-day client floor operations on-site in Singapore.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality and strong communication to meet client needs with professionalism. The successful candidate will greet clients, coordinate with teams, update the booking system, and support service standards while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and escort them to the designated meeting room.
• Update the booking system and inform users of arrivals.
• Serve beverages and attend to client needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding facilities and directions (ATM, restaurants, train station).
• Support teamwork and uphold service standards; adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Assist Asst. Client Services Supervisor to manage the day-to day Client floor Operation in a professional manner while meeting client needs.

• Need to be culturally sensitive and perform work ethically and with integrity.
• Follow policies and procedures to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure Greeting upon receiving of clients and show to the destined meeting room
• Updated in the booking system and called the User to inform the arrival of the clients
• Beverages orders are taken and served to the client
• Good knowledge of the surrounding places ie: location of the ATM, restaurant, direction to the train station
• Responds to requests for information, service, and assistance in a timely manner.
• Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• To participate Department briefings and team meetings.
• Ensure Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
• Monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect Client and Jones Lang LaSalle reputations. Report any issues or concerns back to Management.
• Pro-actively manage Client expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
• Good Knowledge of the Client protocol
• There will be cross team training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong and professional communication skills needed to deal with private banking clientele.
