Responsibilities

• Execute client instructions on behalf of the Relationship Manager (RM) accurately and timely
• Own low complexity transactional clients in support of the RM
• Be the initial contact for inbound client calls and build client relationships
• Contact clients for formal reviews (investment and lending) in a timely manner
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Know Your Client and due diligence policies
