Job summary

BDO Unibank in Singapore seeks a Client Relations Associate to deliver frontline customer service for account opening, deposits, and over-the-counter transactions. You will handle inquiries, process transactions accurately, and support cross-selling of bank products while ensuring privacy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Management, 3 years of banking customer service experience, and strong communication and numerical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years customer service experience in banking with KYC/AML.
• Strong communication and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of bank products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Process fund transfers and OTC transactions up to SGD 30K.
• Monitor maturities of Time Deposits and coordinate with clients.
• Brief and orient clients on bank products and cross-sell.
• Act as liaison for Singapore clients and branches in the Philippines.
• Maintain privacy and comply with KYC/AML and data privacy standards.
