Job summary

UBS Singapore is seeking a Client Account Manager to support our private bankers across Southeast Asia desks. You will serve as the entry point for client inquiries, assist with account openings, onboarding, due diligence and documentation for client meetings and investment proposals.

You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of assistant relationship manager experience in private banking or related operations.
• Financial services experience in a client-facing team.
• Attention to detail under pressure and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support private bankers to deliver exceptional client service and experience.
• Be the entry point for client queries, stock orders, payments and related requests.
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities.
• Support documentation for client meetings and investment proposals.
• Collaborate to ensure client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.
