Job summary

E.SUN Financial Holding Co., Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Private Banking Support Associate to assist Relationship Managers in serving high net-worth clients and maintaining key accounts.

You will handle KYC, account opening, maintenance, closures, transfers, and monitor transactions to ensure compliance, liaising with clients on behalf of the PB RMs.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, a degree in any discipline, and a team‑oriented, proactive approach to support across bank departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in any discipline.
• Registered license representative under CACS certification.
• Sales support experiences in private banking industry
• Ability to collate KYC information and SOW corroboration
• Good team player and ability to work closely with different departments of the bank

Responsibilities

• Support PB RMs to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients.
• Understand KYC, account opening, maintenance, and monitoring requirements.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information for PB RMs.
• Assist PB RMs in managing client meetings and travel arrangements.
• Act as client interface for initiating instructions and monitoring funds.
• Escalate issues timely to the Business Management team.
• Develop understanding of regulatory framework and data protection rules.
• Back up PB ARMs on leave to ensure service continuity
