Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Public Relations/Customer Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate the PR programme for projects in Singapore. You will handle enquiries, manage feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, and take proactive steps to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.

The role requires good communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers,

Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level required.
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or equivalent.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high-quality service commitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate PR programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders; mitigate complaints.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service across channels (phone, email, social media, in-person).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to capture preferences and needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, colleagues and other departments.
