JPMorgan Chase in Singapore is seeking an Associate within Asset & Wealth Management operations to enhance client onboarding, address inquiries, and optimize service delivery across products and platforms. The role emphasizes anti-fraud awareness, automation and proactive stakeholder engagement to improve service center performance.

You will work with internal teams to ensure compliant processing, and to identify opportunities to refer additional services based on client needs, with SLAs guiding

Competenze

• 2+ years of client service and/or operations.
• Experience applying strategic planning to improve service operations.
• Experience implementing anti-fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Proficiency with automation technologies to optimize service center operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Private Banking, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements (HKMA/MAS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
