JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is seeking an Associate in Asset and Wealth Management operations to enhance client onboarding and support across products and platforms.

You will address client inquiries, process transactions, and troubleshoot issues while identifying opportunities to refer services and improve service center operations. Collaboration with internal teams and leadership will be key to success.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in client service or operations.
• Experience applying strategic planning principles in client operations.
• Experience implementing anti-fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraud.
• Proficiency with automation technologies to optimize service center operations.
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking including KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements (HKMA/MAS).
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and willingness to share information with peers.

• Handle queries around PEP, screening, regulatory, compliance, legal, and risk.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance service delivery.
