Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in Vietnam, working with cross-border campaigns from Singapore. You will partner with performance marketing teams to improve outcomes, resolve issues, and optimize digital advertising solutions.

The role offers regional exposure across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with a focus on strategic client partnerships and AI-enabled client solutions. Travel to Vietnam is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English for direct communication with Vietnam-based clients and regional stakeholders.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, client solutions, account management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising technologies.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in Vietnam, including businesses running cross-border advertising campaigns.
In this client-facing role, you will act as a strategic partner to performance marketing teams, helping clients improve campaign outcomes, resolve technical and operational issues, and make effective use of digital advertising solutions.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English for direct communication with Vietnam-based external clients and internal regional stakeholders.
• At least five years of relevant experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, client solutions, account management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising technologies.
• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain resourceful, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Confidence managing detailed, high-revenue processes in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Vietnam.

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
• This role directly supports advertisers and performance marketing teams in Vietnam. Vietnamese proficiency is therefore necessary to conduct client meetings, understand market-specific business needs, discuss detailed campaign and performance matters, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations accurately in the clients' local language.
• English proficiency is also required because the role is based in Singapore and involves regular collaboration with regional and cross-functional internal teams that operate in English.
