Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner and advertiser marketing initiatives in Vietnam. The role focuses on building impactful partner relationships and executing marketing programs to drive awareness and adoption for clients based in Vietnam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or client management.
• Experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, events marketing or marketplace preferred.
• Proven ability to strategize, execute and measure performance and creative/events campaigns end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese for Vietnamese stakeholders and localized communications.

Job description

Introduction to the role:

Our client is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead partner and advertiser marketing initiatives in Vietnam. The role focuses on building impactful partner relationships and executing marketing programs for their clients based in Vietnam to drive awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Build strategic marketing plans with and through partners to drive measurable impact
• Execute the plans from brief through to implementation,including creative, content and events
• Develop marketing collateral across APAC, managing localization and deployment
• Drive best-in-class creative, execution and measurement across all touch points
• Build strong relationships with external partners and our Partnerships organization, understanding their business and key challenges
• Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, global counterparts, creative, external agencies and legal

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with 3+ years' experience focused in B2B marketing or client management
• Experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, events marketing or marketplace is preferred
• Strong marketing background with track record in strategizing, executing and measuring performance and creative and events marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders internally and externally, proven ability to negotiate and influence plans to deliver joint KPIs and results
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required to support the Vietnamese stakeholders who are based in Vietnam, as the role involves regular communications with Vietnamese-speaking partners, advertisers and stakeholders, as well as the development and delivery of localized marketing communications, partner enablement materials, webinars and in-person events in Vietnamese.
