Qualifications

• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or A-Level equivalent.
• Fluent in English with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Canva.
• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client check-ins to understand needs and foster long-term trust.
• Oversee complex calendars, ensuring seamless appointment flows and timely follow-ups.
• Manage client accounts, process claims, update records, and handle payment administrative tasks.
• Assist in the management of corporate events and use Canva to support administrative visuals.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet team deadlines.
