Job summary

Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital in Singapore seeks a motivated concierge lead to ensure outstanding client service at the front desk. You will supervise front-facing staff, coordinate appointments, and uphold service standards across the lobby in collaboration with the HOD/AHOD.

The role requires at least three years in a veterinary or medical setting, strong animal welfare commitment, reliability under pressure, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a veterinary clinic, medical clinic, or customer service role.
• Strong passion for animal welfare and client care.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor concierge/front-facing staff; assist with scheduling, meetings, and performance feedback with the HOD/AHOD.
• Deliver personalised client service, manage enquiries and complaints professionally, build client relationships.
• Oversee front-of-house operations: reception, client registration, appointments, and coordination with other departments.
• Resolve client and operational issues within established guidelines and maintain clear communication with clients and staff.
