RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Experience Executive in Singapore to manage onboarding and provide ongoing client support. The role focuses on delivering a smooth, positive client journey and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

You will act as the main client contact, handle inquiries professionally, and work to build strong relationships while maintaining high satisfaction. 5-day work week and salary shown.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in client servicing or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
