Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for an Accounts Executive based in Boon Lay, Singapore. The role covers full-set accounting, GST, tax, and statutory reporting for SME clients, with exposure to diverse accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

You will prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, manage payables/receivables, and support process improvements while helping junior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting / bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.
• Support GST, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with clients to resolve accounting matters and provide financial support.
• Guide junior team members and improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tax, payroll, corporate secretarial) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and relevant accounting regulations.
• Utilise accounting software and digital tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.

Our Client, provides corporate support services including accounting, bookkeeping, tax, GST, corporate secretarial, company incorporation, payroll, and business advisory solutions for startups and established businesses, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Accounts Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules.

Location : Boon Lay

Working Days/Hours : 5 days, 9AM - 6PM

Salary: $4000 + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
