Job summary

Gold Ridge Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Leasing Assistant to support the leasing team with administrative tasks and customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with inquiries, generate leads, and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, while collaborating with the team to achieve targets.

Diploma holders with at least 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply; proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant courses.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) or related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the leasing team with administrative tasks.
• Respond to leasing enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective tenants.
• Generate new leads, conduct cold calls and identify potential business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Leasing Manager or Management.
