GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Banking Data Assistant to ensure accurate client data and to create and maintain client accounts.

You will handle closures of client and counterparty accounts, perform name searches for management, process e-banking applications and modifications, and manage Hold Mail services for clients. One to two years of banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in banking or related field is required.
• Experience in data maintenance for clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of account documentation requirements.
• Experience with Excel or Access macros is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create client accounts and maintain client information.
• Process closures of client and counterparty accounts.
• Conduct name searches as requested by management.
• Process e-banking applications, modifications and cancellations.
• Manage Hold Mail services provided to clients.
