Job summary

Tradeweb seeks a Clearing Operations Specialist to support cleared trading workflows across multiple asset classes. You will work with clients, dealers, CCPs, and internal teams to onboard, support, and resolve clearing-related queries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of post-trade processes, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high service levels while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting fixed income, derivatives, money markets or repo products.
• Knowledge of settlement and post-trade processing across multiple global markets.
• Experience working with electronic trading platforms.
• Familiarity with post-trade messaging standards.
• Experience using AI tools to improve operational processes and documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory initiatives affecting cleared markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational support for cleared trading across Tradeweb platforms.
• Monitor clearing workflows to ensure trades are submitted and accepted by clearing houses.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, rejected trades, and clearing exceptions promptly.
• Coordinate with clearing brokers, CCPs, custodians and clients to resolve issues.
• Monitor dashboards and identify risks impacting trade processing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clearing-related client enquiries.
• Provide guidance on clearing workflows and processes; support production issues with Product, Technology and Sales.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients, dealers and clearing brokers; validate accounts.
• Ensure operational readiness checks before launch; support testing activities.
• Perform daily health checks; maintain procedures and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assist with audit requests and regulatory reporting; contribute to business continuity.
