Job summary

SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain hygiene standards on site. You will train new cleaners and ensure safe operation of equipment.

You'll lead a small team, communicate client feedback to the crew, and enforce health and safety rules while maintaining service quality and efficiency at client locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial/industrial cleaning with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and basic problem solving.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals, safety regulations, PPE use.
• Able to stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment for long periods.

• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment for extended periods.
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
