Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in North East, Singapore, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, plan resources, allocate work, and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues to the Facilities Management team
• Monitor and control the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste and misuse
• Report, track, and follow up on cleaning issues and defect rectification
• Ensure team compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements on hygiene, workplace safety, and health
• Establish cleaning standards and procedures, and ensure adherence by all cleaning staff
• Schedule and assign duties to cleaners to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supervise work performance to ensure cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with established standards
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to improve team performance
• Assist the cleaning staff when required during the execution of their duties
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and materials across multiple locations
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
