Job summary

The role focuses on planning schedules, leading teams, monitoring quality, and ensuring safety while controlling budgets and reporting to senior management. You will drive improvements and uphold contract requirements across facilities in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning staff and supervisors.
• Ability to plan shifts and manage site operations.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily cleaning schedules across multiple sites or zones.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate cleaning team members and supervisors.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify cleaning quality against SLAs.
• Monitor and order supplies, equipment, and chemicals to avoid shortages.
• Enforce safety regulations, including proper chemical handling.
• Manage operational budgets, track attendance, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Direct large teams and resolve client or staff complaints quickly.
• Build shift rotas and handle urgent requests.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and hygiene standards.
